I’m not sure what’s arrogant about any of that. I’d include, and did in the post, that FG are getting sucked into the auction politics too.
The IT poll y’day said that the economy was way down the lists of voters concerns and my assessment of what caused issues previously is fairly widely accepted.
Yeah - definite anger about health and housing. A definite appetite for change as well. I think some of the “tory-boy” stuff is easy caricature but sure if it makes you happy…
I’d disagree that most of the electorate see through the bullshit though. There is a reason that all the political parties follow each other down the rabbit hole of making stupid and undeliverable promises.
Mary Butler (FF Waterford) lost her seat on WLR FM this morning. There’s outrage on social media over, a quick trawl through various channels and I haven’t seen one post that isn’t negative against her. She attacked SF and it’s backfired on her. There’s a major issue in Waterford and the South East over the cardiac unit in UHW that operates from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday only. Halligan was elected based on the promise to sort it out, it never happened of course and the knives were out for him. SF seems to have a bit of support in Waterford
Things look so bad everywhere, In this whole world, what is fair? We walk blind and we try to see , falling behind in what could be? Bring me a higher love…
