General Election 2020 Hub

Big disadvantage is you’re basically handing the margin to developers and stagnating the sale of existing rented properties.

Looking at housing demand and it looks like being an issue for generations to come, so should the government build them?
Could it pay for itself in some way?

High rise basic but well built flats is surely better than Hotel rooms. Proper facilities built into developments etc.

Fianna Fail have been very vague in general on the campaign so far

But people with coin will always pay more regardless?

Fianna Fáil have been very vague in general now for 90 odd years.

I think there will be a demand for new homes no matter what. Isn’t that scheme just creating vacant properties again? Nobody will buy a used house if they’re incentivised to buy a new house

In Dublin where do you see new Homes being built where people can afford to up scale without moving possibly further out of the City?

Any chance at all of a government that doesn’t involve these jokers? A conglomerate of Greens, Shinners, Independents and the Healy Rae’s??

In the interest of fairness should we not have a bureaucrat from Brussels rather than Pat Kenny here.

You can’t be called out on something if you don’t stand for anything

Martin has been very unimpressive in this campaign so far, and I say that as someone who thought he did a good job in the aftermath of the downfall of FF

High rise is the way to go.

I saw him on the news the other day and he looks jaded and worn

Leo has obviously been told to pretend to have some humility here with a fair few mea culpas and throwing some plaudits at Martin. Martin struggling badly to mask the fact that he’s a fucking horrible cunt.

Two former ministers for health on here are both sickening to watch tbh.

They’re playing for a draw here… They’ll look to Nick a few away goals against the others, particularly SF.

This is a disaster for both of them.

Harris and Murphy were at the same… The PR crew obviously had words

If Malcolm Tucker was in charge they wouldn’t have private health insurance
