Yeah that’s definitely the angle. There will be obvious economic advantages from being first movers and building an expertise here for the future economy.
Kingspan have a plan to cut its greenhouse gas emissions to zero by 2030.
I expect that over next decade governments and big multinationals will demand that suppliers and people tendering for contracts have carbon reduction and sustainability policies and practices as a pre condition of engaging with them. It will become a pre-requisite for doing business and for staff engagement.

I noticed this morning there’s pictures of Leo on posters all over Limerick. If I was a FG candidate I’d be trying to fight the election on my own merits and distancing myself from Leo as much as possible.
Fine Gael have absolutely no concept of how they are perceived by the public, it’s actually bizarre.
I’d say Leo has surrounded himself with fawning yes men/women.

I was at the dentist yesterday - They reprinted my health check form since I was there last year to see if any medical conditions had changed. The another form to sign off on my free check up by PPS , then a third form for GDPR purposes to say I didnt mind them texting me about my appointments … if that’s the carry on for even a quarter of their daily appointments, then they must be cutting down a small forest for this … that’s one practice - now think of the doctors/ physios/ dentists all over the country at it. Surely ta fuck they can go digital at this stage (old age cronies aside)

You’re a few years behind
When all your policies are guided by the market, and the cost/ price of everything, then human life and plight of citizens is no longer valued. FG are slowly creating a very cold, American like, state. So long as we care about central banks and fluctuating markets over the care of our citizens then homeless people can be bulldozed. 17 year old’s can be chopped up. Students will be stabbed for nothing.
Community no longer exists.
