Geopolitics - Foreign Policy

Free download of Michael Parenti’s Democracy for the Few online so I’ll start there.

Jim Marrs doesn’t take himself to seriously and seems like an alright sort of fella for a Texas native.

His books below are worth a read imo.

I reckon you’re the best new poster since @Joe_Player. Stick around pal.

This book is a real eye opener on the state of America… It appears to be the most un-democratic state in the world.

Had been meaning to follow up with you on this Choco - Parenti’s books, essays, talks are all excellent. I strongly recommend History as Mystery as your next read. Nice to see someone else getting into him.

Bernie absolutely socking it to that great geopolitical genius, and old friend of Hillarys, Henry Kissinger in the debate tonight.

His cough not helping him much though

Cheap shot by Hillary on Bernies lack of support for Obama got thrown nicely back in her face by the great man

“Politics is the world’s second oldest profession, closely related to the first.”

A very late, but welcome capture. Wasn’t sure if @glasagusban was being facetious, but I know you’ll give this a serious review.

What’s the story with thisTransatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership? Is it essentially America (big business) bringing it’s own laws and regulations to Europe? Changes to food safety and the environment would be a big worry, those cunts have ruined food in the states and the average American is eating poison everyday.

Ming Flanagan and Mick Wallace are vehemently against it so I’m opposed to it on that basis.

It’s very scary, pal…and the fact it is being done in secret tells you all you need to know… Europe is turning into a plutocracy and we need a revolution. I’d nearly be for pulling out and join the Brits or a loose amalgamation of other countries like the Nordic lads.

It’s certainly something we should be getting very excited over. It’s all fairly inane shit by and large improve trade & ease of trade blah blah blah but there’s a few fairly huge things snuck into it regarding food standards, pharma and legal rights for companies.
