Brutal stuff for both teams really and kinda concerning. There were not 40 infringements worth of fouls to be fair to the teams and it’s a little bit lazy of the referee in my opinion.
Ladies Football has gone out of control so the whistle being blown. It’s a dead sport. For Kickouts I think some rules need to be brought in around the amount of attacking players allowed into the 45. It’s ugly every single time.

Meath getting an awful toasting here so far
Meath have gone back an awful lot from team who won 2 in a row in 2021 and 22’.
Main difference is efficiency in front of the posts, Meath have left a very scorable 1-4 or 1-5 behind them thus far whereas Dublin have been ruthless.
Emma Duggan is after missing a handy free there. She’s not racking up huge scores like when she broke through first.
She’s missed 2 easy enough ones and Vikki Wall missed another free from the other side along with a great early goal chance from play.
Thee appears to be a clear tactic to foul Meath and prevent goals. Very cynical stuff and indicative of the way the ladies game has gone sadly
