Hourihane has been our best player on this dismal showing so far. McGoldrick looks like our only fella who might bag a goal. Maguire really terrible. Overall a shambles performance in first half.

Yeah. We’ve been shite but the keeper and the defender both made superb interventions to prevent us scoring.
Still disappointing though. We don’t seem to be able to do much with the ball in open play.
McGeady has more football in him than any of the other chancers in this squad. Why the hell was he overlooked?

Not a great deal . We need to do more , we started badly , some good crosses and we will score …
In fairness they have had some notable results lately against the likes of Malta, Estonia and Liechtenstein. This is a level McCarthy is accustomed to and can hopefully get us competitive
