are you on site all the time for the 16 hours or are you taking it from home in the evenings?
im still onsite 8-5ish and if im not careful can be doing some form of thing in the evenings, data analysis, calls anywhere from 8 till midnight if im not careful.
in my last job tho that was a startup i remember i think from august- december 2011 i worked every single day at least 12 hours including weekends… looking back it was retarded

Im running 40 sites. Its murder.
But the cash is unreal. Up at 4 every morning. And rarely home before 6pm. I will get around 18 months before total burnout. So i have to milk it

8-6 and then 8 to midnight the past few weeks. Retarded is right but I am building up time in lieu.
Major “milestone” achieved on Friday so pressure off for now.
