Ticketmaster / Ed Sheeranâs team look to have found a solution to ensure ticket touts wonât be selling tickets for the concerts next year.
Theyâll be no physical tickets. Tickets are sent to the Ticketmaster account used at the time of purchase but tickets arenât going to be made available on the app until closer to the event. If you bought tickets today you just got a confirmation email but no ticket yet.
Group bookings are allowed but everyone will have to arrive at the same time and the person who made the booking will have to produce ID which matches the name on the booking.

Iâd assume so.
Only flaw I can think of is that a parent will need to be there on the day if they are gifting tickets to their children.
