The David Goggins book on mental toughness is decent too. Crazy cunt.

‘the master and margarita’ or ‘things fall apart’. Proper thundering books that people will be reading in a thousand years. Assuming you’ve already read polllans book about the mushrooms.

No mate. I’ll raise the kids first and I expect to spend a large part of my mid 50s dabbling in this stuff. Sure Phil Hogan want to pull the rug out from under the sucklers… So what else will he have for doing? Sow a fee trees and pick a few shrooms.

Must be twenty years since I read it.

Behind her Eyes by Sarah Pinborough is a great Audiobook. Thriller mystery genre.

The Donal Ryan short story collection is excellent. Just read it. I won’t bother doing it a disservice by trying to explain
