Go right ahead!
Burn After Reading by the Coen Brothers I presume?
Yeah. And Intolerable Cruelty last night.Working through a box set.
C’mon Donny, let’s go get a lane.
Yep
Nihilists? I mean say what you like about the tenets of National Socialism…at least that’s an ethos.
Don’t know what’s in your box set, but try Millers Crossing, it’s one of their best.

Have The Paperboy recorded on Sky plus, going to give it a watch after MOTD2.
Watched 71 tonight, very well put together.
On deadly ground on RTE2 now. The story of a clash of cultures and one man’s journey from corporate modernism to a recognition of cultural relativism. An underrated, nuanced much maligned modern masterpiece. Seagal is superb in a career defining role. 9.3/10.
Not to mention wonderful support from Michael caine , almost reaching the heights of get carter, and john c mcginley

Harsh Times on Film 4.
A quite unnerving performance from Bale, even by his standards.
Watched the Homesman last night. Set in the old west but far from a standard western. Very slow. Fuck me is it bleak. Incredible the way people lived.
Your from Limerick though so surely you could relate to it?!
[SIZE=4]Good film. A few surprises along the way. Ending unexpected.
Another Tommy Lee western recommended to me on here. Well worth a look.
The Three Burials of Melquiades Estrada (2005)

Haven’t seen that in a long time but yea it’s excellent. Posted it above but anyway, the Salvation which is still in cinemas is good western, far more along traditional lines than the Homesman -standard western revenge story with a bad guy terrorising a small town. It works.
Good alright, but I spent most of the film trying to figure out where I had seen all the actors and actresses before. Love/Hate had a big input.
Third Person with Liam Neeson, Adrian Brody, Mila Kunis, Olivia Wilde, James Franco has been described as “manipulative claptrap”.
I found I really enjoyed it.
