I thought it was a remarkable performance in an otherwise unremarkable film. Little substance to any other character in it.

As @Spidey said earlier, the time flies by. Just recommend an extra couple of snacks if you 're hoping to catch it in the cinema. Terrific film.

Had a go at once upon a time in Hollywood but it was going absolutely nowhere and I wasn’t in the humour for it, I’ll give it a go another day

I thought it was enjoyable… Not sure I enjoyed the blending of the Wayne story in with it but the point was to see a mentally Ill person descend to chaos and I thought it did a decent job.
The Laundromat a surprisingly decent watch. About shell companies and in particular Panama/Panama papers.
Similar style to The Big Short if not a bit quirkier, it reduces technical and complicated financial instruments to personal storylines to help understand. Gas example is fella caught by his daughter hopping the daughter’s pal and then paying for her silence through a shell company.
Well worth a look, on netflix

It gets better with every watch. The tension never subsides. Del Toro just fucking nails it. Brolin is more of a facilitator.

Suburbicon (Netflix)
Well I didn’t hate that, I suppose. As long as you know what you’re getting yourself in for with Clooney & the Coen brothers. Matt Damon was daycent and it didn’t drag at all. 6.5/10.
Watched Operation Finale last night on Netflix - it tells the story of the Israelis discovery and effort to kidnap Adolf Eichmann from Argentina in the 60’s. fairly decent
JoJo Rabbit. A must see.

I’ve seen a run of good movies in the last 6 months but this topped the lot.
Hunt for the Wilderpeople is very good, I’ll have to see this.
I laughed, I cried, what more could you ask for. Joker is the best movie I’ve seen in the last 12 months but that would probably top it. It will get a few more views.
