Ah that’s class! Is he Irish?
Male or female?
Female
Heard the Chamalet salami almost makes an appearance too
Also, the Damien Dempsey documentary film looks like a must for all fans of the great man
Have fellas still got the attention span to watch a movie? I lost that around 2015.
Irish parents yeah.
I wouldn’t claim to know him myself to be honest. Apparently he has some connection to the house in NY that the movie is based around. When the crew met him, they liked him and asked him to play a small role.
Looked up IMDb there and they’ve given him a credit . His one and only acting career credit!
It comes back. I really enjoyed the cinema from around 2018/2019 into early 2020 after years of not going. Great run of films, Dunkirk, Joker, Parasite, 1917, I Tonya, A Star is Born, 3 Billboards, Bohemian Rhapsody, Rocketman, Jojo Rabbit, the Lighthouse, the Irishman, Once upon a time in Hollywood, Dolemite.
Don’t care what anyone says, watching a movie on a big screen in a cinema is the only way to properly watch and enjoy a movie these days. Always has, always will be
100%. No phones, no distractions.
Its the only job.
Agreed. I watched The Adams Family 2 on the big screen on Saturday and it was a transcendental experience.
But you can’t pause it to go for a wet.
We watched Zombies the other night with the kids. It’s brilliant. Would highly recommend it for family viewing.
saw it on saturday. a good yarn but its disappointing that this and the tom and jerry movie is what hit girl is reduced to nowadays.
anysone seen the new Dune yet?
might go thursday
Favourite book for my.missus was Dune. Sci-Fi never really.my thing but, when it came out in the cinema, said I’d go. Off we went yesterday.
Have to say, I actually enjoyed it and was surprised to be able to say so. Serious cast in it and, while seemed a bit of a shallow nod at the Middle East being raped for oil, it was an enjoyable watch.
Beckham ruined that young girl.
Dune starts slowly but last half hour is brilliant.
You got that assways.
Finally got round to watching the new Bond. Very good, second best Craig Bond movie with Skyfall slightly behind. Only issues were pacing in the second half and Remi Malek’s character turning to crap after a couple of great opening scenes.
As they don’t seem to know what to do with the mainline entries as of yet, the series seems ripe for some spin-offs. A new 007 series with Lynch starring and De Maras co-starring is a no-brainer.
