If it did, I don’t think I’d watch it.
It’s set during The Troubles so naturally yes but it’s more a feel good film.

A Boy Called Xmas: gash. Persisted in the name of Xmas while both kids begged through out for Die Hard. They were right.
Don’t Look Up: funny in parts, longer than necessary but decent enough watch. Social commentary in style of, but falls short of, The Big Short
The French Dispatch: brilliant stuff, Anderson at his quirky humourous best

I saw that in the cinema in America in 1997. A proper movie.
An old school 90s thriller, very good.

Watched the Last Duel last night. It was surprisingly good. Ben Affleck aside.
Hans Solo’s youngfella was brilliant in it
He was on the three who wrote the screenplay so pretty probably had to get the gig
Parts of it were filmed in Meath, or so the commentary went while we were watching it last night
Wrath of man is a middling action/thriller movie starring Jason Statham!!!

Its Ridley Scott. They could have cut a lot of the De Gris piece as it was unnecessarily long winded. It was well made though. That mother in law was some cunt. The 1300s were no different than now
