Gordon Taylor

It always occurred to me that this guy has been the head of the PFA for as long as I can remember.

Obviously a bit dodgy as well.

What sub does a pro footballer pay to join ??

Iā€™d say heā€™s a pauper compared to Jack O Connor still

According to the article the Premier League pay most of the money direct to the PFA. That really is a phenomenal salary for someone to be drawing down for a ā€œtrade unionā€ role.

Them Union men know how to pay themselves anyway thatā€™s for sure.

I would think when a union is needed is lower down the leagues where money is relatively scarce and there are worries about the next payday . Up the line players and agents are the real power brokers .

John Delaney would do a better job for half the price. Luckily heā€™s committed to the FAI.

Iā€™d compare it to what Dessie Farrell was pulling down, only for the fact that he never disclosed it.
