Great Days To Be Irish -

Fair play to Gerry

Shameless pandering for votes from Gerry and Sinn Fein.

8th Nov 1960

Sinn Fein have conducted themselves shamelessly with their stance on this issue in recent months. I’m seriously considering abstaining from voting at all now in future elections. They’ve overstretched themselves with this one and I’m not impressed.

The gays have some neck celebrating a Yes vote.

That’ll show them, show them good and proper.

Them? We’re all the same I thought?

If you die tonight your search history will be a thorn in the side of your missus for years to come

At least I will die knowing we are all equal

It certainly is a great day to be Irish. It’s amazing to look at TV3 here and see the happiness on everybody’s faces.

We’re the first country anywhere in the world where the people have voted for same-sex marriage, and that’s something to be immensely proud of. We’re not a bad little country, you know.

James Connolly would be proud.

Won’t be voting for them again.

A forward thinking, inclusive society

Won’t be voting for them again, not that I ever did.

James Connolly was a Scot , pure and simple.
