Yesterday’s warm up showed there is a clear appetite on the board to get to the nitty gritty of who the greatest band to come out of the home nations is. Now not every band can be listed, and ‘other’ will be noted and a blitz poll carried forward- Fagan will be seething but options are limited 15.

Ask people to nominate, say, the 10 greatest bands in their opinion.
Collate all nominations, have random heats and knock out rounds etc until the greatest band emerges.
It’ll keep your mind off the stress of the EPL title race.
