i remember in school it was very common to call a fella a ‘stain’ as in ’ go away out of that you stain’. stain obviously being the short version of wankstain.

A new one I enjoy using is ‘ball licker’*.
‘Shut up you ball-licker.’
asswipe is popular with a work colleague of mind. over in the states dushebag (spelling probably wrong) was popular.
Wankstain is my favourite term of abuse.
I’ve been saying sap a bit lately, it’s relatively harmless. It’s a bit more palatable than “spa” when in company.
Spa was an odd one.
Real spastics rarely got called spas.
i have an older work colleague of mind who is a devil for calling every man woman and child a spa!!!
Leper & lesbian are ones I use quite often these days especially when shouting at Benayoun & Dossena on TV.

jipstain, you’re nothing but a jipstain
Variation of which is ‘oxygen thief’, often hits the nail on the head. There are some people who can only be adequately described by the word ‘knob’ though. ‘Fucking gimp’ seems to fit some people perfectly as well.
Slaphead is a favourite- for someone so thick they’ve obviously taken a few too many slaps.
Geebag is an oldie I like
Calling someone a Cockend is very popular in Mancunia these days as is Weaponhead.
My personal favourite is Fuckwit.
