:eek::eek:

holy jaysus, thats an opening up.

that forest game was superb
i have an old shipstones jersey from the 1990-91 season , as a lapsed fan im jumping on this bandwagon
i feel we could be back to the glory days very soon , that Forest team that beat Cobh 5-1 in Colman’s park in July 91 was in my opinion the best we had in my lifetime ( better than the 94-95 side)
Steve Sutton ( or was he done by then and Crossely took over in goals)
Gary Charles / Pearce / Des Walker / Keane / Orlygsson/ Nigel CLough
what a side, littlewoods, FA, Simod, Full Members, Zenith Data Systems cup specialists

the 93-95 side was class also… Collymore / Stone / Bohinen, Colin Cooper , etc

thoughts @Gary Birtles Lovechild , @Fitzy @Lazarus ?

thoughts on our best /worst strike partnerships Gary Bannister and Robert Rosario in 92/93 was pretty bad… Collymore / Btyan Roy in 94/5 was probably the best id say

What has this got to do with Ben Dunne?

In my lifetime @mickee321 , it would have to be glorious 79/80 team.

That 91 side was more rounded than the 95 team. The young guys like Woan and Crossley had just broken into the team, and were complimented by the experience of Pearce, Walker, Parker, Crosby, Laws, Clough, etc. But the 89 side with Hodge, Chapman, Jemson was the best Forest side of my lifetime. The third best team after Arsenal & Liverpool for those few years, were probably a striker short to really challenge for the title. An incredible Cup team though, was it 5 finals in 4 years?

Assombolonga 2014/15 League stats

Appearances 27 Goals 15

October 17th/18th 2015 - the Irish bandwagon that descended on Cardiff. Paying through the nose for tickets and accommodation to end up singing Irish songs at a game they weren’t playing or seeing our country being embarrassed

Advantage over

Tickets which in the end could be bought for well below face value outside the ground

Does anyone have a link or two to the articles a few months back stating Ireland could win the rugby world cup? banging on about no.2 seed in the world etc. etc ???

Imagine flying back today, hungover, dejected and 2K lighter… and not knowing whether you are coming or going with the shock of a bandwagon being pulled right from under you.
