I actually think we played ok overall which really means the midfield did well. But hopeless at the back once again and a lack of cutting edge up front. Bangura ahead of Stokes was a factor but we weren’t ambitious enough in some of our passing in the first half in particular.
Not scoring isn’t the real story though. The real problem is how soft we are defensively.

Yes, management to blame, depressing the lack of ambition shown by the board as well, but Lennon has more than enough resources to win the league this year against a side battling to stay afloat, financially.
His decision making and complete lack of a tactical brain have cost us time and time again. Every one knows that Stokes and Hooper is our best strik force and generally when they start we win games, Lennon’s cowardice comes over time and time again. We haven’t lost a game this season when Stokes and Hooper have started together, contrast that with the opposite. He should do the honourable thing and resign in the morning.
