This is a fantastic thread, it should be required reading for any new members. I would encourage everyone to read it in itās entirety, if nothing else for some of Kevās finest work. I also have to tip my hat to @glasagusban who correctly predicted Limerickās three in a row.
Itās gas, all the lads from ātraditionalā counties (and Wexford) predicting the cats to win a minimum of 5 and in some cases 8 They will be lucky to win one.
after we win this u21 all Ireland itās hard to see anyone out there to stop Limerick doing the three in a row at senior
I wasnāt far off only for that blip agin kk last year.
These type of threads are like historical artefacts. They give a snapshot of ireland at a moment in time. Interesting reading for the split Dublin in nine before they win 20 in a row crew too.
glasagusban:In fact, Limerick will win one before Cork. We have better players now and far better players coming through.
Post bookmarked. This should be good.
Dublin will win one before Limerick
Cody is vital to KK - once be goes they will come back to the pack
big years for Galway and Waterford next year to build on this year - history suggests they wonāt
Clare have to come back into contention next year
Cork are goosed for 3 or 4 years
You are living in la la land.
If Cork got the right management they could be a serious threat. You are completely dismissing Cork are not conditioned properly. The basis for any athlete is making sure their Conditioning matches the opposition.
You also donāt realise the best forward in Cork still has not played, Oā Callaghan. The most intelligent defender we have who would suit the modern game, Conon Sull gave up as well.
We had a minor this year better than anything Limerick had in Kingston.
I donāt expect them to get the management right, but if they do they are an immediate threat to knock a big team next year and arguably win the year after.
Cork have a mentality Limerick donāt possess. Itās a huge part of it, ignore as ye do, at your peril
Yum yum

Limerick havenāt won a senior All Ireland in over 40 years and donāt have a hope of winning one any time soon. Cork could conceivably win one in the next 3 years.
Hi
I never realised this thread would be such great entertainment
Neither did we
Sums up the Wexford mindset. Deference.

Hi
Well,
He was kind of right in a way. The didnt have a hope of winning one, so they went and won two
Yurt
And people argue there is no such thing as Carkness.
What a ride
Vindication.
Any time soon = 1-2 years.
I always felt the academy structure would bear fruit in the medium term, in say 3-5 years.
Kilkenny 5, Tipp 2 and Cork 1.
Two shared between Galway, Waterford, Limerick and the rest.
Ah @dodgy_keeper, things have worked out a bit better for ya
History has a real habit of repeating itself and Tipp can go long spells without winning.
The fucking spoofer had Tipp and Limerick down as winning none. Theyāve won 4 out of 5 already
Kev will be box office here long after heās beneath the Cork soil
TUM always had his measure.
