In a bad way today.

Was in Boston all week for a conference, city was dead, nothing going on. The excitement of getting back to my beloved New York got to me so went on one last night. Didn’t get home till 5am. Was still up at 7am. Made it to work at 11am. Just need to make it to 3pm.

Quite disappointed in myself. Sporting a 12 day beard and reeking of booze.

Strong chance I will be separate from the love of my life for a period of at least one year in the next few months mate, might be for good, that’s still up in the air. Thanks for the concern though.

Don’t worry about me though, mentally a bit of a mess but I’m still in great condition physically.
