Fished for them off boats a couple of times but that’s it.
I wouldn’t fancy fishing off cliffs for them, I don’t have a great head for heights. I’ve had to knock my trout fishing on the head due to a severe allergy to one of the plants that grows along the river at this time of year.

No, hay fever type symptoms.
I never got hay fever before I started fishing, and I haven’t gotten it this year once I stopped fishing.

Local honey is the cure for pollen type allergies… however if you can pin point the problem to the river bank your as well to avoid it.

TC, you don’t live too far from a few lads that would guide you in the right direction I’m sure? A few lads around Glenina Pier would know fairly well.

What happens on the field, stays on the field… Some of the nicest pints I ever drank were in Clainbridge and Ballindereen despite all the broken timber over the years.
