Competition?
B Hogan, M Ellis, W McNamara? No outstanding No 6 on show this year.
It will be Brendan or Brian Hogan.
Ellis the most consistent by a mile. Hogan was destroyed in last 2 games. Maher hasnât always played in the centre either.

Cathal Barrett is an absolute shoe-in for YHOTY. I think everybody realises that bar the odd deluded Limerick poster like @glasagusban.
I couldnât have the Tipp keeper - he was shit on Sunday.
Limerick hurling fans are mental.
If you were picking the best centre back in the country and not who you think will get an all star then maybe Kevin Moran is worth a shout. I do think Ellis has it, and is probably the best CB of the teams that played in the semis, but he wonât get one this year. Not with Brian Hogan probably retiring and Brendan Maher involved in a final, whoever wins the replay, their man will get the CB All-Star. In my opinion
Very difficult for Cork to get one based on the second half domination of the Tipp forwards in the AI semi.
People forget that Tipp won the Munster championship in 2012 & won not a single All Star award.
Limerick got one last year, Richie.
Cork played in 2 AI finals last year and only got three, I think. Same as the Dubs, who surely wonât get any this year. Clare might go from having 8 on it to having none.

If anyone is to get one from Cork, itâll probably be Alan Cadogan. If KK win the replay, Brian Hogan is a banker for it, more than likely retiring, great service, etc, etc
Pointless picking them now until after the replay. Conor McGrath won one with his outstanding performance in the replayed final while Shane OâNeill would have probably been given one up until the replay.

Agree. And youâre right, because I also forgot that. In that case none for Cork.
Indeed, the result of the final will have as big an impact as anything else on the makeup of the team with the winners getting 7 or 8 of the spots and the losrers 3 or 4. The likes of Bugler and Donnelllan wouldnât gotten All Stars last year if Cork had won the replay
