This is very like the league game back in the spring time. Wexford had the wind in the second half that day too.
Fanning needs to keep those puckouts down.
Wexford in big trouble. The wind will help but clare will work harder to defend the lead in 2nd half. They have their tails up and wexford don’t want to be there
I think Clare will need every bit of this lead; Wexford do have players who can shoot from out the field.
Do Clare have the smarts to work the ball through the lines to create scoring opportunities second half? Not sure.
