Hurling League 2018

If anything, more people had been calling for him to be benched. He had his best game in a while against Clare.

Its the League you dimwit, nobody cares, nobody takes it seriously.

You wrote an Essay about the Championship outlook based on the League, you clown.:rofl::rofl:

Read what I was responding to you fuckwit

Only the league but with Wexford tapering training to peak later this year and Davy taking Chin off at half time last Sunday as a purely precautionary measure, the signs are promising. That, of course, and the tremendous second half display without Chin and the fact we’ve won 3/4 despite being fairly undercooked.

I realise you cannot read below the surface, but try.

Notice any particular patterns by management or selections or style or tactics???

Any team show any improvement in particular skills which may give an indication of intent?

Too much for ya?

I haven’t seen anything of Galway or Limerick yet so don’t know how they’re moving. Tipp look to have added a bit of depth to their squad but they’ll be fighting among themselves by June.
Am sure Davy is concentrating on the Dublin championship opener. Dubs heads will probably be down after shipping a hammering to the Cats. Win that and we’re almost guaranteed a quarter final.

I’ve read what you wrote you simpleton.

So no opinion of your own as usual

Thanks for clearing that up

I’ve clearly stated my opinion, try reading it. You clown.:rofl:

It was a nuanced comment which you didn’t pick up on because you lack intelligence.

No it wasn’t you fuckwit.

You commented on my remark about somebody’s comment on Mcdonald saying you never heard or read that.

Yet there it was. Me answering the very same thing you said did not exist.

Busted you slime ball.

Hang tough horse. The school yard bullies hunt in packs. I pissed myself laughing when I saw one of the bottom feeders question your intellect. Without doubt there is an intellect deficit here but the plankton need to have a look in the mirror. Shur poor auld @Bandage can’t even toast bread. He has to post mammies slop on the ravenous thread.

It was a sop to help counties get over the six team 1a .

Agree re waterford and cork throwing the league but do you think these teams can make any impression on championship? I think waterford might but cork haven’t a hope they are pure rubbish. I don’t think they’ll get through munster.

Tipperary and Waterford (despite people writing them off) will take two of the slots and will be the likely Munster finalists. The other one is up for grabs between Limerick, Cork and Clare between whom there’ll be very little come championship.

Leinster is more clear-cut and Galway, Wexford & Kilkenny will comfortably qualify.

I think Clare will be the 3rd team.

The sequencing of matches and who has home advantage in which match will likely be key in the new Munster championship, which I think will be a roaring success.

For me Clare have a bigger home advantage than any other team. Cusack Park can be a very intimidating place to play and I’d expect them to notch two home wins over Waterford and Limerick, which could alone be enough to qualify. As well as that they are idle in Round 3, which is the best round to be idle as you get two blocks of two consecutive matches.

Waterford are idle in the first round and for me that’s the worst draw to have. They’ll be going in cold against Clare in Ennis in Round 2.

The sequencing of fixtures works against Limerick. Realistically they’ll need to beat Tipperary first time out to have a chance as it’s hard to see them going to either Pairc Ui Chaoimh or Ennis and winning.

I think it’ll be 1 Tipperary, 2 Clare with 3rd place probably decided by the Waterford v Cork clash on the final day - advantage Waterford there.

I would say Waterford definitely will have some impact

It’s impossible to get a read on Cork/Myler/Set-Up. Plenty people have reservations about it all but we have to give fullness of time on this one. I think Cork people over rate them for sure.

You could not day they are ahead of Clare and Limerick anyway with any surity.
