Hurling Power Rankings

That’s fair enough.

On current form Limerick wouldn’t be at the top, but I assume you’re taking championship readiness and credentials into account.

I’d have Kilkenny ahead of Tipperary, though, and I’m not convinced by Galway yet.

I’d have Cork ahead of Waterford and Wexford hammered Cork.

Tipp are better than KK right now. Look at the hammering they gave to Antrim, who we stuttered past.

Eh! Limerick (1) have just been beaten by Galway(2) Wexford (3) Waterford (5) Cork (4) drew with Clare (9) and only beat Offaly (12).

Limerick are just that far ahead of everyone. Plus they are now unbeaten in two so the slide has been stopped.

They put down a serious marker today in the de facto relegation semi final.

When it came to it, today it was a four pointer and a chance to lay the ghosts of ‘94 to bed, they came up trumps

Limerick.

3 in a row. Im coining the phrase not 3 bad to follow up the back 2 back

I wouldn’t dismiss Waterford but you are correct in that you can forget the rest.

Ya, they’ll be lining up to steal that one on you.

Sport is brutally honest. No need for tokens, like murphy, prunty or kelly. Waterford may well amd probably are stronger than the rest

Excluding the large stadia (PuĂC and Thurles), hurling county grounds power rankings

  1. Nowlan Park
  2. Cusack Park, Mullingar
  3. O’Moore Park
  4. Parnell Park
  5. Gaelic Grounds
  6. Salthill
  7. Wexford Park
  8. Cusack Park, Ennis
  9. Walsh Park

There’s actually fuck all difference capacity wise between Semple, Páirc Uí Kyiv and the Gaelic Grounds, few hundred or so.

Anyways, I’d probably put Walsh Park lower.

A farcical effort. You’d be as well to stay below in Cark for good

I expect Dublin to beat Galway tbh.

Phrase was a thing in Waterford 50 years ago.
