It was hart scary from both sides and could have gone either way.
Credit where it’s due though, JBM and the lads made a number of changes both tactically and positionally and got more out of Walsh, Cahalane, Cooper, Ellis and Horgan in particular. Confidence should increase.
However being fair and balanced, at several junctures both teams were on top and couldn’t pull away and had awful successive wides. Clare easily could have won by 8 or 9, it was that type of game.
JJ has lost some weight since a retiring.
We’d be more likely to appoint Arthur Daly…

Daly would’nt bring us any further, Liam Sheedy is the man I’d love to see manage Limerick, Daly’s too defensive for me.
TJ and co have to go anyway and the quicker the better they can have no complaints.
They actually did for years. Never beaten us in a final.
