The first 5 months of the year were the hottest on record for the planet since temps started being recorded, and it’s only going to get hotter… Wildlife at the poles are fucked. All them damn immigants hopping in boats is only gonna increase as drought is gonna seriously fuck up those underdeveloped countries, increasing religious/warlord fanatics- Our twilight years are gonna filled with sorrow with the world we have left our kids. As it is, in this country, we’ve already saddled them with depts and taxes that were nothing to do with them… They are now most likely gonna have to introduce national service to guard our coastlines from all these damn immigants trying to land on our shores. Europe is gonna be over run with immigants and with the crippling taxes and economy we will have passed onto our kids we are basically gonna have to sink these ships out at sea as we will barely be able to look after ourselves.
This scenario has been predicted for many years now and it is unfolding infront of our eyes but we are too self-obsessed to give a shit- let the next generation look after it.

We have the best standard of living of any generation in history. Media, 24 hour news stations and the internet makes us more aware of tragedies etc than before and their job is to sensationalise everything to sell advertising.
If the internet was around from 1914 to 1945 then I can only imagine how two world wars in 30 years would have gone down.
The issues in Africa are less to do with climate than chronic mismanagement of resources.

I read somewhere that something like only 20% of 1000 bodies who drown are ever found and the inhabitants a lot of the main smuggling towns in Tunisia don’t eat fish anymore…I used to love nothing more than downing plates of fish on the med during my holiers…I have serious reservations now…
