I think I need a new hip

Very stiff and painful. What’s the story with getting a new hip these days?

We need a lot more background info before we can help… there’s also a number of threads you could have put this in and read back over.

What did you say? This is the “I think I need a new hip” thread pal. Do you have any information on getting a new hip?

Yes.

You should try going to Dan O Neill with it first.

You don’t need a new hip fella. You just need a very small balcony overlooking Dublin, some 8 (eight) kg weights and a set of quack physio prescribed exercises before Kev puts you right.

Get on to Cyril Farrel. He’s the hip and whip specialist around here as such

He should try shoving his thumb up his hole if that doesn’t work.

Dan O Neill will do that for him. And the rest.

Would you try fitting it yourself?

Looks handy enough on YouTube

I’m usually very active and fitness conscious but since the start of December last all my exercising stopped, the result of that is I’ve started to cease up.

The upset to my fitness pattern has thankfully passed and now I’m ready again to get back to my fitness regime. I’ve put on a stone and a half and I’m feeling apathetic toward getting back up on the horse. Serious stiffness and discomfort in my right hip is pissing me off. I know after a week back to exercising the pain will have gone and I’ll be flying it again.

Fuck off to a doctor or physio you gowl.

I have rethought my situation and on reflection I realise I don’t need a new hip. Thanks for the help.

You’ll be dead in a week

How do we know he is not dead already?

Have you tried using a foam roller?

I’d recommend you get one and stick it up your hole

Aldi are doing a special on new hips this week. Get yourself down there and get yourself a new hip.
