The bar hasn’t changed in years as far as i know?
Well, the bar end has had a change, for definite. Strange new tables and chairs, which are uncomfortable and awkward.
I think you were still in the lounge. If you head in the door on the right as you face the building and head straight down the corridoor (dont let the jonny Cooper photo put you off) you will come to the bar. Tiled floors, loads of old gaa photos on the wall and the faint smell of wet coats. Definitely more your type of joint i would think. Its a grand spot.
We were in bar, definite. On right, as you say. I know Kennedy’s well for 25 years. Must be very recent redo.
