These are the scapular feathers from a Pheasant @Corksfinedtboy , see pic. As to fox or hawk, it’s usually a fox when adult male Pheasants are involved due to size.

First one is Melleray. Went in to light a few candles as I was passing. It’s a little tradition of mine.
