Red Strand down in West Cork. Fine beach, lovely walk. Up the beach and back down by the dunes.

There aren’t many city centers with a view as nice as when you drive under Sarsfield Bridge on a fine day and look out across the broad majestic shannon, with King Johns Castle on the corner and keeper hill in the background.

A bit of a castle, a hill, a river and a bridge. I imagine they’ll be scurrying to up their game in Rome and Paris when they get wind of this.

Today I walked the strand in Rosses Point, went to Glencar Waterfall, Mullaghmore and walked Rossnowlagh Strand to finish up. It would be a great little country if you could put a roof on it.

Nun’s beach is a fantastic little spot

Pity the lads have to walk out half a mile to get water up to their knees

I did a hill run in Glendalough with some of my pals today. Paused on a few occasions to take some photographs of the lovely scenery:

It’s good that you moved onto other goals. It seems breaking 25 mins for 5k is beyond you.
