Got hammered @ tramore races Sunday , on Jameson and when they ran out had to drink powers. Yesterday was bad, car was left in tramore and I had to make my way back out for it. I am not sure what happened that night in Wexford , ended up in some Thai takeaway near a big Aldi and bought a bottle of crested 10 in the adjoining off license and I believe I watched the masters but I certainly don’t remember any of it.
Mon my skin was crawling and my face had that horrible whiskey warmth and I couldn’t rid myself of it. I also somehow sprained my right ankle and can’t sweat it out. Still not right. @Tasotti advice please…

Feeling much better now, didn’t need to spew either, couple of panadols and an hours sleep and I feel almost fine.
