This hardly extends to trespassing on and vandalising other peoples property âŚâŚ
There was a neighbour of theirs who logged in here to explain what decent and honourable people the âvictimsâ here were and gave an account of the boys suffering. I havenât the interest to go looking but itâs somewhere in the thread.

I had brilliant parents, by God they put me on the right path
But as a young lad we were forever âexploringâ vacant properties and building sites, probably caused a bit of damage as well.
So this young lad deserved a hiding and his parents are to blame? Itâs hard to keep up,

If i came home to find 2 young lads trespassing Iâm not sure Iâd shrug my shoulders and say âah sure boys will be boysâ

Lookit, thereâs no doubt Gilligan has got away with a pretty big one here. Itâs actually not the young fellaâs fault, itâs his parents letting him wander around unsupervised on a dark evening at 12 years old.
What Gilligan did is obviously much worse and he shouldâve been convicted, but they shouldâve been looking after their child. âSoccerâ wouldâve been finished for the day by then.

Youâd know if you were hitting a child after one strike as well, even if he couldnât see exactly. The pictures show it, heâs a kid. He has gotten away with one here.

My father bate my twelve year old self black and blue for trespassing on a neighbours building site when he told me not to.
