My statement that i had never done kettlebells is 100% correct.

You negative thinkers are blinded by your own limitations.

Go way for an oul walk in the sun in the morning kid

I’ll do that when im 60

Please god youl be able

And if not, the kids can push me around. They owe me

Had an MRI last week for knee knack and apparently its a lateral meniscus tear…no surgery required but will need rest and some physio and probably knee support
Has anybody been thru the recovery . Whats the best way to manage this?

Anyone ever break their big toe before? Some fat ape stood on my foot 2 months ago and I’m fairly sure he broke my big toe. Pain in the big toe through to the ball of my foot and about halfway down the sole of my foot. Sore enough but manageable with a Nurofen plus in the morning. Problem is I thought 4 to 6 weeks would mend it but it’s 2 months now and it’s as sore today as it was 2 months ago.

Have you tried shoving your toe up your hole?

Not the big toe but my nephew broke bones his three middle toes recently. Given one of those fuck off boots with loads of padding and cushioning under the foot. Had a crutch for a week but he’s bopping along now in just the boot. Had the toes strapped at the start just so he wouldn’t be moving them. He’s happy out pucking the balls out in training and that rather than in crutches the whole time. Seems like a cod forking out the money to the CUH but if you don’t rest and let the bones start to initially set and heal you’d only be codding yourself long term. Even more so with the big foot as its so important for gait, balance and what not.

I’ve had a wicked sore elbow since I spent a few days carrying heavy stones for a wall about two months ago. Having googled it it appears to be tennis elbow. It’s really annoying. Has anyone ever had this, and what are the treatment options, save shoving my other thumb etc ?

I’ve been on 3 doses of 500 mg anti bacteria over the last 6 weeks
Big toe poisoned over DIY ingrown toe nail
Broke most of the bastards over the years,
Vv slow to heal

Pliers etc should not be allowed near one’s toe toesšŸ™„

Ice it as often as you can. If it is v sore you should see a physio likely they will give you some wrist exercises to do. I got it in both arms after I got the dog he was pulling the arms and shoulders out of me and manifested itself as tennis elbow. Did some exercises but it just disappeared really after a few months and I don’t know did the exercises have all that much to do with it because I only did it sporadically

The ball of my left foot randomly flares up much hotter than the rest of the foot on occasion, whether wearing shoes/shoeless or in bare feet.

No visible sign of skin cracking or blistering so a bit puzzled as to what is going on.

Aids I’d say.

Your ball shouldn’t really be that close to your heel

Friend of mine had something very similar
