On that metric how much is tfk worth?[/quote]
It’d be worth it someone had, say, 60k to invest.

Could make a 2,200% return on his investment in a matter of months.
I’ll give you three guesses where it’d go. Strong chance all three will be right.
What is the cheapest place/platform to buy/sell Index funds gents?
Rabodirect is 0.75 % entry and exit fee. Convenient and good vale for smaller amounts. Great platform.
Expensive if buying and selling often or investing bigger amounts.
Have some on it. Annoying when they took one or two funds off the platform so if you were down locked in a loss but probably same risk everywhere
Gains on these are taxed as offshore funds or something like that - can’t remember tax rate but each purchase and sale separate so cannot carry losses forward
Also look at td Waterhouse -

Davyselect.ie
Flat commissions so maybe cheaper depending amounts invested and how often
Thanks Mate.
TFK strikes again. Questions asked, Questions answered.
Td Waterhouse execute trades for like 15 quid a pop. Buy etfs if you are just looking for index trackers, funds are theft for that. Vanguard etfs only charge 10bps management fee a year
In the currant economic climate, I’d prune back your investments and stay away from Raisin. To-date, they’ve done sweet fig all. About as useful as dried grapes.
Stay away from there !
the current govt in Poland is a cause of the higher rates over there.

There is another big exodus of people from Poland to Ireland and the U.K. at the moment
Good to know pal.
Think i’ll buy a few maiden heifers instead.
talking through your hole as usual.
No, been talking to a few highly educated poles who have recently moved to Ireland for work
Here you go bud. Straight off the Polish central bank website.
Stopy procentowe NBP
Referencyjna 1,50
Lombardowa 2,50
Depozytowa 0,50
Redyskonto weksli 1,75
Don’t see terribly high rates there.
Money for Jam.
Echoing the Dunphs first post. I’ve managed to save up a few bob and want to invest. Anybody point me in the direction of the next Kerry co op?
