You’re assuming that the electorates are the same, which is nearly reason enough to nominate you for April’s vote. IOTM may have a much smaller electorate, as it wouldn’t appeal to the more discerning posters. Possible Venn diagram below:

The electorates are the same. The electoral turnout, however, does vary largely.

I was wrongly nominated last month. It’s highly unlikely another fraudulent nomination will slip through the net.
How dare you call into question the integrity of the IOTM Adjudicator. For this, I nominate @Chucks_Nwoko for April IOTM. I might even do that in the right thread as well.
