It was the US that pulled the plug on this. Martin was going on his entitled junket come hell or high water. He probably realises he won’t get another chance.

Word has it regardless of what happens, Martin will be in the White House Paddy’s Day 2022. Biden has given him the nod. A mighty sound gesture.
