So we canât take measures to protect our own people until we see what Europe does ? Why have most other EU countries spent the summer nailing down plans and stockpiling gas while they can?
France has capped energy prices. The Dutch have already activated their own plan. Italy have announced two separate packages worth billions, like wise spain. Greece tooâŚall to bring certainty to their citizens.
But we have to wait to see what the EU does because thatâs the smart thing to do, apparently.

In the 100 years or so we had 15 years of good prosperity mid 90âs to 2008 before FF drove the country of a cliff and now we are heading back to where we were prior to those times broke and miserable.
For at least 20 of the past 30 years the country has been flying it. As for the future, are you trying to blame FF for the current issues which the rest of the world are also trying to deal with?

Because most of Europeâs gas supply is much more precarious than ours, I understand we get most of our gas through the UK, and it comes from Norway, which is a big point of difference.
Outside of the current energy problems, every problem in this country homelessness, health waiting lists, etc all stem from FF ineptitude and corruption. Nothing but a shower of crooks in suits.

FG have been in power for how long? Theyâve had the ministers for finance and housing and health for most of that time.
Have you forgotten who is responsible for setting up the HSE? FF drove the country off a cliff and donât get me started on those FG cunts. They want to drag us back to arch bishop McQuaid time.
Yeah and how long were FF in power prior to that and not only in power prior to that but in power while the country was a wash with money and they pissed it all up against a wall.
