The Circle K up the road has no Diesel left yet has queues going into it. The Applegreen down the road has loads of Diesel left and no queues. People are sheep.

don’t take issue with anything else you said there really but people are going over the top with sensationalism about the army. The army was only to unblock key infrastructure like fuel depots and the oil refinery, this was really clear. That’s entirely reasonable and it’s ridiculous that the lads tried to blockade these in the first place.

Do farmers get 40% grants on tractors?

The grants are class. I have a professional job (a teacher) but do a bit of farming on the side. Recently availed of a Young Farmer’s grant which essentially pays lads under the age of 35/40 to get a herd number. Long live the EU grants.

You’d love getting paid for the environmental grants mate.
