This night 6 years ago I was in the Aviva with my great pal @briantinnion to watch Ireland recover from the gutting loss a few days earlier against Scotland in Celtic Park. We destroyed Coach Klinsmann’s USA side 4-1 in a friendly. Robbie Brady scored a brace that night, including a tremendous free kick. The whole mood around the team changed and we went into the second half of that Euro 2016 campaign with renewed belief. I hope somebody will step up tonight to set Stephen Kenny’s reign alight. Ryan Manning could have been sent off there.

Again this isn’t very good. They’ve as many absentees as us but they look more incisive. We’ve had more of the ball but not really in the final third much.
Where was this prick of a ref last week when I was trying to get a cards bet up
