Darren Frehill was saying on Morning Ireland this morning that in 7 group matches (4 against minnows Georgia and Gibraltar) Eire have scored just 6 goals. Denmark have scored 22. Is that a mistake from Darren? That’s just embarrassing if it is correct and Eire have only scored 6 goals.
You’ve answered your own question there mate. We are a bit shit and not equipped to chase a game. If we go one down we are in big trouble our best hope is to keep it at nil all and go for it at the end and hope for the best. Sad really but we are what we are at the moment.
