Ireland v Georgia - Euro 2020 Qualifier

Tuesday night at the Aviva.

Assume Arter and Brady will come in for Maguire and Doherty and it will be more of a 4-3-3/4-5-1 with Brady on the right.

Georgia team just through the airport looking resplendent in grey tracksuits and Nike air max tackies. On the evidence of yesterday they’ll fancy this

352 with coleman in a back 3 I’d hope
Awful that we cant actually play an attacking lineup and at least give doherty a proper chance
I’d have brady in for Mac lean in a triangle yoke with hourinane and hendricks

Mcclean surely can’t start going forward.

I wouldn’t mind him starting against Denmark or Switzerland but he’s pointless when we’re expected to be the better team, awful footballer technically

You’d imagine playing against an actual country might be a step too far for our brave boys.

it was for the rogbee boys

McGeady should be brought back in for this.

Someone have a stab at what the team will be? I don’t see us beating them tonight.

Randolph

Coleman
Duffy
Keogh
Stevens

Hourihane
Whelan

Brady
Hendrick
McClean

McGoldrick

A 1-0 win would be excellent

randolph

coleman
duffy
keogh

doherty
hendricks
hourihane
brady
stevens

seani
macgoldrick

Presume O’Dowda is unavailable for some reason? I’d have him ahead of McClean if available

I dont think we will get the win tonight. Georgia absolutely walked their nations league, winning by 10 points and only dropping a point when they were already through. We need a big improvement.

Georgia 7/2 DNB a decent bet I think

Your judging him on the Gibraltar peformance. Thats unfair. The RA’s operations were never good over there

out injured

Agreed. Have backed them outright at 11/2 and layed Eire for the win at 1.77.

Are you lads joining us in the 51?

@Juhniallio, @Funtime, @thedancingbaby, @Thrawneen.

Glenn Whelan back in, at 35 that’s laughable.
