Irish banking shares

You should have waited before landing that one.

Would there have been a hierarchy of beneficiaries here ??

The top boys would have been able to buy a yacht and pad in Howth & the lad down the chain able to get a deposit on a 3 bed semi in Drogheda ??

The truth needn’t wait in the long graas

That is the real scary thing . Is this the tip of the iceberg ??

How were they rumbled ?? Whistleblower ??

Huh?

Yes. But what has that got to do with this thread at all?

Supposedly Tom Browne sued the seller for not paying his fee. He had refused after finding out from cantor he’d been ripped off and counter sued Davy.

There’s a lot of shady stuff goes on in in finance, a lot of operating in the grey areas, but this was so far on the wrong side it’s unbelievable. If they are willing to be that barefaced about it, then fuck knows what else is going on.

This is how business and politics operates in Ireland.
They’d need to be from Moyross or Ballymun to be arrested.

Was there anyone from Moyross or Ballymun in on the Davy scam ??

If we lived in a functioning regulatory and criminal justice jurisdiction, thered be a veritable clown car of law enforcement agencies (ODCE, central bank, fraud squad, CCPC etc, ) all heading into Davy’s and they’d all be going in studs up

I don’t have that information to hand.

This area has been left to run riot for decades now. And when no one is hanging over you with a stick, malpractice becomes commonplace and justified. I would shudder to think how far this type of carry on has gone on across the Dublin business sector over the last few decades., in a world of constant pressure to deliver improving results.

Well we’re about to see that they aren’t.

Those lattes won’t pay for themselves.

Fair play skin, never a tout.

What’s he supposed to say?
He has the same role in this as the lads from Moyross and Ballymun that keep being brought up

The defender of official Ireland is in sweeping the wagons…
