The list has been randomized and the the competition will follow the below format.

Round of 173 - 7 heats of 17 and 3 heats of 18. 4 to qualify from each
Round of 40 - 4 heats of 10 with 4 to qualify from each.
Round of 16 - The Final

The 3 heats of 18 will be posted shortly.
