Liam Boyce’s hilarious dog pee on a butcher’s apron celebration in front of the Linfield fans:
Lovely finish by Liam Boyce there to score what should be the clincherr for the Reds in tonight’s live Sky Sports game against Glentoran. 3-1 with seven minutes left and the Reds continue their inexorable march towards the Smirnoff Irish League title.
Superb come from behind 3-1 victory for Cliftonville on Tuesday against second placed Crusaders and that puts them into an unassailable 14 point lead with five matches left. The Reds now have the tantalising prospect of knowing that a win against Linfield at Solitude on April 13th will clinch the title for the first time since the legends of 1998 defied both Linfield and the IFA in glorious style. What a day that will be…
This Saturday sees Tommy Breslin’s Fenian Army go up against Crusaders again at the Oval in the semi-final of the Bass Irish Cup.
The double is very much on. Up the RA.
A red letter day for Cliftonville FC. Around about 4:50pm today should see the Reds being crowned champions of Ireland for the first time since 1998.
With the league cup already in the bag and an Irish Cup Final place clinched last Saturday, the first treble in a major European league since Celtic did it in 2001 is very much on the cards.

What a way for Cliftonville to win the league. Last minute penalty to beat the blues
cracking stuff from our sister club
2:30pm kick-off for the big one tomorrow, the Bass Irish Cup Final betwen Cliftonville and Glentoran, live on BBC1.
Godspeed you Reds.
Does the Kerryman O’Carroll still play for them?
He does indeed. He’s a former Celtic youth team player.
We’re 1-0 up coming up to half-time. BBC2, not BBC1 as had erroneously stated.
Fuck. 1-1.
Feck’s sake. Our awful Cup Final record looks set to continue. Very flat performance.
3-1. Balls.
A superb 3-0 win for Cliftonville over Linfield at Solitude today. Woof*.

*Liam Boyce unfortunately didn’t get to do his dog pee celebration today.
Cliftonville have well and truly clamped Linfield 3-1 at Windsor Park to take over at the top of the IFA Carling Premiership table.
Up the Ra.
Cliftonville have retained the Irish League title.
The race up North carries echoes of what’s happening in England at the moment. The Reds trailed Linfield for most of the campaign but a devastating run of wins saw us overtake them after victory at Windsor Park on March 29th. We beat Portadown 2-0 today while Linfield lost 2-0 at home to Glentoran, clinching the title with one game to spare.
Up the Ra!
Well done Cliftonville. Always nice to see those wank stains from Windsor Park put in their place.
