A few years ago i was training with my local teamā¦ it was winter and i had no jocks on inside my togsā¦ anyway, during the end of game kick about i took my turn in goals ā¦ a shot was taken and it went right at my midsectionā¦ it managed to basically hit the top of helmet which was squashed against my abdomenā¦ it had been numb with the cold as it was and the lash of the ball hitting my numb helmet - It was excruciating. I cant even describe the painā¦ it was like someone with a high heel stood on my helmet .
