Ireland over 3.5 Corners @ 11/10 on Bet365 :money_with_wings::money_with_wings:

The partitionist Eire soccer team is a real headache for Pretend IRA ideology.

FotF “Miguel” Delaney says word has come back to the Ireland players that Danish EPL based players have been giving it big licks and saying they’ll beat us handily enough.

Let’s not forget Martin O’Neill is a very good two leg manager.

They are a confident people - I hope confidence isnt being misjudged as arrogance here? But nevertheless, this is the kind of fire that you need at international level. You can spend hours on the training ground and looking at footage, but a snide comment from the opposition is worth a 100 hours of regular prep.

Martin O’Neill is a supreme motivator.

Beating this lot over 2 legs would be up there as one of his greatest achievements.

Think it would match knocking Celta Vigo out on Celtic’s run to Seville in 2003. I was in Seville recently.

Its a struggle.

I want them to do well and i like them as a bunch of lads. They are very followable.

But the hypocriosy of some fellas around the entire subject is painful

Hoolahan starting, no Whelan, good news.

I wish the Eire players well tonight and on Tuesday and hope they pull it off. They’re a great bunch of lads and have a terrific attitude and togetherness. I find Martin O’Neill an awful dose though.

Yip, he has got unecessarily defensive about everything recently and he has not evolved whatsoever

I dont think anyone here would have a problem with a united Ireland soccer team, mate – I think you’ll find the Orange element in the north would have far more issues with that than most down south … It was the northern element that instigated the split as they clearly wanted nothing to do with the south - to call the FAI partitionist is just displaying more ignorance by some on here but that’s nothing new… As it is there are two football organizations on the Island and one of those regard themselves British while the other one is happy to be an all Ireland organization and has players playing from both sides of the border.

O Dowda in. Slab starting. Looks like Arter as the deepest midfielder with Hendrick and Brady alongside

No Whelan ? :open_mouth::grinning:

I was 50% right.

I’d favour Arter in that role, think we might see more from him.
