Liverpool will buy him next year with the Salah money

Were Brighton the only team sniffing around him when he was at Bohs? Was his talent maybe not that obvious and had he any senior appearances with bohs? He was about 16 heading over so not that young.

Lots wanted him

Was at Liverpool and United as far as I know but felt he had a clearer path to game time at Brighton. A good decision in fairness.

Giving money to LOI clubs is like giving livers to George Best.

There is a rule where the clubs that develop him from 12 onwards i think get a percentage of his transfers (up to age 23). Looks like 5% split between bohs and kevins. But it coupd be there due 10% of 5%

They may have a sell on fee, but he signed his first pro contract at BHA so cant see how they would as he wasnt contracted to Bohs

He is definitely in to replace Egan anyway.

You can sense the trepidation from the Rovers backers here. Bohs would have a serious war chest with the Ferguson money. It would be good for LOI overall as the money would probably spread around the league through transfer transactions. The Rovers monopoly is a bit dull at this stage.

Yes mate, very insightful, 10m would be a serious warchest alright
