Irish soccerball nil - That boy Jinky will save us (Part 2)

Was playing for Drogheda a couple of years ago. A rock at the back tonight.

The U21 results have been promising for the guts of 5 years at this stage. Some decent work being done at underage all the way back to that penalty shootout defeat against The Netherlands in the U17 Euro quarter-final in 2018 when Brian Kerr lost the plot on commentary over a retaken penalty.

Ah feck.

Cursed.

Rotten cunts

Ah FFS sake

Typical.

Could easily have 15 points on the board instead of 10. Very unlucky.

Should have been blown typical

Didn’t clear the first two headers.

Not the first fight in an Ireland v Italy U21 match. Seem to remember one when Stephen Kenny was in charge too in the home game.

That’s frustrating. Some very good performances

I was at it. Troy the boy and one of their very good lads whose name escapes me saw red.

I put money on it that Italian player gave Sinclair-Armstrong a racist remark.

He’s 1/500 to get the boot surely. Haven’t seen anyone suggesting he might stay on. Hope he gets a win to finish up for his own sake

Ref fucked Ireland the whole night and then fucked them again playing the extra minute

Moise Kean(e) I think it was. Sandro Tonali would’ve been playing that night too I think?

Your correct.

Tonali and Locatelli in midfield for the Italians

@Little_Lord_Fauntleroy had this lad flagged way out

We seem to play Italy in nearly every U21 qualifying campaign these days. Like the underage equivalent of when we always played Georgia at senior level.
